The two-day event will be held at the Diplomatic Corps Area, 298 Kim Ma Street, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi. The annual festival serves as a vital platform to honor the rich values of Vietnamese and world cuisine, boosting cultural diplomacy, tourism, and international cooperation while spreading the image of a friendly, creative, and globally connected Vietnam.

This year’s festival will feature approximately 120 culinary booths set up by embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers, local foreign affairs departments, and major enterprises. This concentration of international participants promises an unparalleled diversity of global tastes.

Visitors will have the opportunity to sample highly sought-after Hanoi specialties, including the world-famous pho (noodle soup), traditional Uoc Le pork sausage, and fragrant Phu Thuong sticky rice.

According to Hoang Thu Nga, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, the festival is designed to tell stories about cuisine that demonstrate connection without borders. “Through cuisine, we can highlight each country’s culture. We want to show that Hanoi, Vietnam is a place of warmth, peace and friendship. The festival brings together embassies from all continents and cultures to share and exchange, creating a unique and welcoming cultural space,” she stated.

Setting itself apart from previous editions, the 2025 festival marks a major shift in organization and visitor experience by integrating digital technology. For the first time, the event will introduce a “Digital Interactive Corner,” enabling visitors to access program details, view event maps, and explore the signature dishes from all participating countries instantly.

Artisan Le Thi Thiet, Standing Member of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association, highlighted that this year’s focus includes live cooking demonstrations by international chefs. Vietnamese chefs will also seize the opportunity to showcase distinctive dishes from the country’s three regions to attract global visitors.
