To share this success with guests, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel introduces the “Michelin Selected Set Menu,” a curated journey through Vietnam’s flavors and global culinary artistry. Diners begin with Nha Trang tuna carpaccio enhanced with ponzu pearls, orange jelly, and truffle slices- an elegant tribute to Vietnam’s coastal abundance. The experience continues with Hemispheres-style baked Japanese oysters, followed by the menu’s star: A5 Hitachi Wagyu sirloin, perfectly grilled and paired with truffle mashed potatoes and a delicate Japanese sauce. A warm molten chocolate cake with red wine berry compote brings the journey to a sweet, memorable close.
