Running until November 4 at the Vietnam Exposition Center in Dong Anh, Hanoi, the fair is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People’s Committee, Vingroup and other partners.

Through an autumn-themed entrance, visitors embark on a journey across nearly 3,000 booths that capture the dynamism of Vietnam’s economy and culture. Shopping, dining, sightseeing and entertainment activities together create a lively mosaic of experiences reflecting the nation’s diversity and innovation.

From regional specialties to imported goods

The shopping zones at Autumn Fair 2025 resemble a modern “golden harvest market,” offering everything from fashion and cosmetics to household goods and premium OCOP (One Commune, One Product) items.

Walking through the exhibition halls feels like exploring a lively shopping street, each corner filled with new discoveries.

In the Main Hall and Hall 8, visitors can explore a “fall department store” featuring handicrafts, textiles, Hanoi specialties, and OCOP products such as honey, agarwood incense and tea. Industrial and technological exhibits, from robots to advanced machinery, add a futuristic edge.

Halls 6 and 7 take visitors on a culinary and craft journey across Vietnam, with regional specialties including Haiphong’s crab noodle soup, Hue’s cajeput oil and tapioca dumplings, Dien Bien’s smoked buffalo meat, Ca Mau’s fresh shrimp and crabs, and Vinh Long’s coconut-based products and handmade souvenirs.

Meanwhile, Halls 4 and 5 recreate the vibrant atmosphere of a modern marketplace with tea, milk, congee, furniture, home accessories and appliances, while Hall 3 brings together nearly 200 fashion, cosmetics, accessories and cosmeceutical brands.

Among the highlights are booths dedicated to green technology, electric vehicles and innovative materials, reflecting the creativity and forward-looking spirit of Vietnam’s industry.

No visit to Autumn Fair 2025 is complete without exploring its vibrant food scene. The South Yard, home to the “Autumn Delicacies” zone, serves as the culinary hub, accommodating up to 4,500 diners.

The Cheer Fest transforms the area into a cross-cultural BBQ and beer celebration, where visitors can enjoy more than 100 craft beer varieties alongside grills from Germany, Belgium, Japan and Vietnam.

Renowned chefs including Benoit Leloup, Benoit Chaigneau, Don David, Pham Tuan Hai and Tran Thi Hien Minh showcase their artistry through live cooking performances.

The “A Tour of Vietnam” zone highlights the culinary heritage of 34 provinces, where artisans share the flavors and stories of their hometowns through creative demonstrations.

Music and entertainment add to the festive atmosphere, with folk performances, DJ sets, circus acts, magic shows and playful contests like the Fast Beer Drinking Competition.

“I heard about the fair online, but I was amazed when I arrived. Everything is larger and more beautiful than I imagined, especially the food court, which is both delicious and fun,” said Nguyen Phuong Lien, a visitor from Trung Hoa Ward, Hanoi.

Where Vietnamese culture shines

For visitors seeking a deeper cultural experience, the “Autumn of Vietnam” and “Quintessence of Hanoi Autumn” zones offer a miniature journey through the country.

The melodies of traditional instruments accompany local specialties such as green rice flakes, lotus tea, Bat Trang ceramics and colorful toy figurines. Artisans demonstrating wood carving and other crafts bring Vietnam’s heritage vividly to life.

The “Cinematic Memories” zone, inspired by films like “Red Rain” and “Hijacked”, offers striking photo spots, while the “Family’s Autumn” zone welcomes all ages, from mothers browsing cosmetics to children enjoying interactive games.

The “Vietnamese Cultural Quintessence and International Trade Hub” area hosts circus, music, fashion and sports performances alongside international booths such as Amazon, where Vietnamese businesses receive guidance on cross-border e-commerce and exports.

“I hope fairs like this are held regularly, perhaps once every season, to help businesses reach more customers, reduce advertising costs and strengthen brand recognition,” said Nguyen Thuy Nga, CEO of Pham Kim Group Co. Ltd.
